First graders found out this week what happens if you give a mouse a cookie at Forest Hill.

What happens when first graders read the book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff? They're going to want to try it for themselves, of course! Students planned out what they'd do if Mouse came to their houses, and then the next day they got a surprise note and a treat from Mouse himself! We love our first grade teachers and the fun and creativity they infuse into reading. What would you do if Mouse came to your house?
