Intent to Return 2020-2021 (Action required by May 8th)

Please help us plan our classes for the fall by using this link  to complete the required form. You will need to complete for each child in grades TK-4^th who are currently attending Forest Hill. We know that fifth-graders will be moving on and we will miss them dearly. We understand situations change, but please complete today and let the office staff know if your plans change.
