Join us for our first Walk-n-Roll day of the year, Wednesday, September 27th.

Whether our students walk or ride to school, keeping them safe is our top priority. One of the ways we teach them about safe travels is through the Safe Routes to School Walk-n-Roll program. Want to know more? We are looking for one or more parents to chair our ice cream committee for the next school year.  We need someone who can place orders and sell ice cream on Fridays after school.  We will have to close the ice cream program,  if we can't fill the position.
Please contact the PTA president if you would like to take on this responsibility.

It is hard to believe that the 2016-2017 school year is coming to an end. It seems as if we just started a few weeks ago. As I reflect on the year, so many positive things come to mind. First and foremost, our students are amazing. I hope you had a chance this year to witness the outstanding work they did both in the classroom and outside the classroom. They have achieved in so many ways this year. I would like to thank our dedicated staff for their hard work, creativity and determination. They put in countless hours to ensure our students have a rich and engaging learning environment. Of course, we could not do what we do without the thousand of volunteer hours by our parent community. Your contributions helped support our staff and students in phenomenal ways. In addition to the volunteer hours, I would also like to thank our Parent Teacher Association for their support and generosity. Our students and staff have benefited greatly from your partnership. I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing summer!

In our efforts to better understand our community’s needs, Campbell Union Elementary School District is conducting a survey concerning our current programs. You will find the survey enclosed with this letter.

Your perspective is important and your input will help us to understand how to continue to provide the very best learning environment for students.

We ask that you please fill out the survey and return it to your child’s school as soon as possible.

Survey responses will remain anonymous, and the resulting data will provide a comprehensive analysis of perceptions about our schools and programs.

Thank you for your time. We look forward to sharing the survey results with you early in the new school year.

Sincerely,

Dr. Eric Andrew
