Playing the sport of basketball is a great way to get fit or to stay strong and healthy! It’s also a lot of fun to play with your family and friends. 
Dribbling, passing, and shooting hoops, are some of the basketball skills that you learn when playing this sport. Regular exercise, even 10 minutes at a time helps your heart, lungs, and bones.
So find a local neighborhood basketball court, invite your friends,
